Argentina Mountain is a company that puts together our extensive experience working in the mountains with a strong awareness and commitment to preserve the environmental and cultural heritage of the Andes.

We provide services in the Natural Reserves of Laguna del Diamante and Mt. Aconcagua Park since 1993.

General Conditions

Reservations:
For reservations contact our address in Mendoza by email, phone or fax.

For excursions, horse riding and trekking of less than 4 days: reservations can be made up to 48 hours prior to departure. Full payment is required at time of departure. All payments to be in cash or payment in advance credited to our bank.

Under special circumstances, Argentina Mountain reserves the right to cancel or postpone any excursion.

Limits of Responsibilty
Argentina Mountain, does not accept any responsibility arising from the activities customers book with the company. The customer acknowledges the inherent risks in the practice of mountain climbing, trekking, horse riding and excursions in 4x4 vehicles in all of its forms and scenarios.

No highly qualified and experienced guide is infalible, especially when facing extreme natural situations that are outside of his control. The first priority of the guide is to minimise the risks of operating in the mountains.

This document is intended to familiarise the customer with the discharge of responsibility of Argentina Mountain, Hotels, Transport companies, Guides and assistants.

Argentina Mountain programmes can change their scheduled programmes and /or the day to day timings according to factors out of the company's control, i.e. the weather.

All the logistic services are guaranteed by Argentina Mountain, but the success of each programme depends exclusively on the physical and pshycological capabilities of the customer.

For safety reasons it is absolutely necessary to follow all instructions given by the guide during the development of the whole programme. Argentina Mountain will make every possible effort to provide maximum safety, however, there will always be a margin of risk to consider.

Argentina Mountain recommends customers to have in place the following:
Accident Insurance, to include serious injury during the expedition.
Search and Rescue Insurance.
Robbery & Theft Insurance, partial or total loss of baggage.
